I just noticed there was a middle part in the tap below the cartridge, gave that a clean and water flow is now better. Live and learn.

Moved into a house recently and the upstairs bathroom tap (only) is merely a dribble. The bath next to the sink has good flow as do other taps in the house. Combi boiler mains fed water. It's a waterfall style mixer, does not have aerator. Replacing cartridge has not made any difference...
