How are the wires supposed to come out of this terminal block? I've lifted the tabs and I can't see/find any screws. I'm pulling on the wires but they're not coming out. How do I get them out?

Ahhh thank you @SUNRAY. I followed that link, and after seeing this picture I pulled the wire further out and found the extra blue box attached! Is that how I would change it, by opening that box and changing it over there?

@ericmark Can a GU10 be used with dimmer switches?

@ericmark What's a GU10 fitting? Is that the sort of thing they sell at B&Q?

I have recess lights in the ceiling and I need to replace a bulb. But I can't work out how to change it. It doesn't seem to twist out and I can't see how to dismantle the housing any further. How does this bulb come out?
