I've noticed arcing across the PCB when ignition is sparking. Need to check electrode lead/connection for poor connection.. Otherwise it'll have to be a replacement PCB ! :cry: maco

I had the same problem with my gloworm fuelsaver boiler. Pressure was at 1 bar but red warning light was indicating ch low pressure. Fixed the problem by removing LP switch and cleaning the **** and sludge out from the hole where the LP switch screws into. Hope this helps maco

Thanks Tony, Hopefully the LP switch will reset itself. The boiler is on and I'm keeping a watchful eye on the pressure gauge! If I do need to clean the LP switch and sundry would I infact have to drain the CH system? thanks again Maco

Thanks for the input corgiman. There's a live feed going to the low pressure switch but non comming out. After isolating the switch the pcb works fine and the boiler fires up first time. Think perhaps your right the switch is faulty or perhaps have a massive airlock in system. Is this...
