Should have said, I can't get the main burner to fire. When I put the CC door on, you hear a click from the PCB and it starts trying to spark, even though the pilot remains lit.

There is a good chance you have air locked the pipe, easily done, and most of the time, easily remedied. Without seeing it, I couldn't say for sure, but thats what I'd put my money on.

No, you def dont weld this pipe. Its only 1/2 inch. Its just done with the threaded seal. The idea is the hemp swells up to make the seal, like a fibre washer. I know I'm close, because I'd remember welding it at college and I dont! I just need afirmation. Its the pipe that is used on...
