My cooker hood is about 5 years old and hasn't been working for a long time. Nothing works on it - no pilot, bulbs or fan. Any ideas what's wrong and how to repair? Can I do it myself or do I need a spark? Thanks for any advice. J

hi there I haven't had the central heating on over the summer but the hot water has been heating fine. Now when I try to use the central heating it doesn't heat up. I tried pressing the light beside the pilot which flashes and now the hot water won't heat up either. So nothing works now...
