Turns out that the glass in the door had not been "packed" properly , causing the door to droop. Thanks for the replies. Case closed!

Thanks, crank39,that is brilliant. I have already got that gap at the top. So the hinge and door move on the plate fixed to the frame. Cheers.

Thanks Crank 39. At least I know what it is now, but just wasted an hour or 2 Googling how to adjust a Milla Evolution flag hinge. Videos on how to install them but not adjust them. Mila website has no adjustment info and doesn't appear to make this hinge anymore.

I'm stuck in the middle with dodgy hinges!

When I say nothing moves I meant the bolts turn easily but the door doesn't move.

The instructions say to use the inner (nearest the frame)Allen key bolts to raise and lower the door, but nothing moves.Help please.Thanks.
