    And I’m sure worth every penny. Professional services are thus named for a reason. My frustration is with Texacom more than anything where the consumer can’t do relatively simple tasks like updating internet supplier and account e mail. Thanks for taking an interest.

    Many thanks for this. The new account idea came from Texacom’s customer service team. Looks like I’mbstuffed as it was only put in this year by a local company.     Thank you for responding but I’m sorry, you’re talking to a complete Luddite here. I posed the question for hopefully an instruction on how to proceed but your reply means nothing to me. How do you get on to the cloud ?

    I have changed the e mail I have registered on my app. I understand this can’t be edited and I need to make a new account. I cannot see anywhere on the app., i phone version 3.0.5 , where this can be done. Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.
