Dear ChrisR, Our system heats both the heating and hot water is this not a combi? I have no knowledge of this sort of stuff. Also what is failure mode?

After water heated and switched off, pump remains running but doesnt heat water. This morning kept running for longer than usual and I had to reset boiler to turn the pump off (as I had to get to work) normally it runs for say a few minutes but today was about 10! Any ideas?

The TRV fitted onto the radiator is very very slowly (only just noticeable) leaking water from just above where the TRV is fitted to the radiator (there are little holes on the TRV where it meets the metal fitment).It has been doing this on and off for a couple of months, any ideas or is it...
