on top of the worktop i have the cooker switch with the red switches, that leads down to the cooker connection unit under the worktop, can i spur of the connection unit with 6mm cable and install a plug socket next to it, as i understand it, i can still isolate the hob and the oven at the same...

Hello i have just bought a gas hob with an electric ignition and ive noticed that i have nowhere to plug the hob into, my question is.... can i spur off the cooker connection socket behind the oven with a plug socket or do i have to take the power from another plug socket above the worktop...

Hello thanks for your replies regarding my cooker and hob problem, would it be possible to spur of the cooker connection unit with a single socket under the worktop so i can plug the hob in, i think the single socket will run of the cooker switch socket on top of the worktop. does anyone agree...

Hello i have just bought an neff electric oven and a gas hob which i want to fit into my kitchen, i understand that the oven is wired straight into a cooker socket in the wall. My question is... can the hob be wired straight into the same socket or do i have to install a 13A socket and plug it...
