    Cast Iron stack

It's a flat grp roof. The vertical piece is dry, it's only wet from the ledge bit then down the bend which makes me think it's the ledge bit leaking. But in my mind why? Even if it wasn't sealed water falls, so for it to go up I am assuming a blockage. I have a cheap Endoscope so will go up...

Call a gas engineer and tell them the pressure is dropping. In he meantime turn the heating off and let it go cold. Repressurise it back to 1 bar and turn the heating on. Sit there and watch the gauge and tell us what it doesn't over say 10-15 mins.

Worcester Greenstar 15RI - boiler overrun query

If you can (with power off) trace thre wire from pump. I bet as it enters the junction box, on of the wires will go into 10. Thids means the pump will only be active if the motorised valve is 'active'. This is incorrect as power will be cut when valve closes, not when boiler is cool enough.

No hot water...advice & help needed please

Each valve has its own permanent live, so the pl going to the h/w valve might not be good, but this is unlikely all else being equal. If you had a multimeter, you could test the m/switch.

No hot water...advice & help needed please

If the motor is moving, then either the Microswitch is buggered therefore not send power down to the boiler, or, the permanment live is buggered. I would go with the microswitch my self.
