had a few probs with wireless stuff ring maufac cos i had same probs but it happened every week with a worcester one and worcester say that theirs will only go though 1 internal wall and wont go though a outside wall which seems a bit stupid

sounds like the ball valve is stuck where did u turn the water off to do the work? if you turned it off at the main tap then its deff your ball valve about £5 really easy to do the components can get stuck so it only lets a trickle out

you said that all the rads have trv's (thermostatic rad valve) fitted if this is true check that a bypass is fitted normal systems have 1 rad with no trv on due to the fact that when the trv gets up to temp it shuts the rad off if all the rads shut off the pump is still going with no where to...

i always change the overheat stat on these when i have had probs with pilot going out intermit seem to be a bit dodgy on these for the sake of a tenner
