    Ring main and trunking

    I want to extend the ring main between two adjoining sockets using 2mm2 t&e that will run around the room (there and back is c. 24 feet). Can I use 25mm x 16mm plastic trunking fastened to the wall about the skirting and can I put both cables (there and back) in together? Cheers in advance

    Securespark this is what I was intendinmg but thought I would ask first. If this is possible I also need to be exactly sure of how this is done. Is it simply a case of using a suitable junction box or do you add the sockets as per the rest on the ring? Thanks in advance

    Flexible connections

    Can yoiu use the flexible stainless braided type connectors for domestic radiators? My daughter wants a mattchrome type radiator in an awkward place and these may help the job. Cheers in advance. :D

    Extending a ring main or alternatives

    I have a small (bedroom with one double socket) to which I need to add two more double sockets. Original socket will simply power low voltage lighting whilst the other 2 will power PC, printer, DVD and TV. What is the best method of achieving this? Any help gratefully received. :D
