    Oilman, thanks for your kind reply. Kev, do you have to keep pointing out my typos. The boiler heats the water, I don't have a cylinder. The water is still hot (thankfully) but the radiators that are heated from the same boiler are stone cold. I don't think there are any typing errors...

    it's a, don't knogas central heating boiler that works both radiators and water and it has C1 on it and it's 7 yrs old but looks quite modern. Sorry hope the info is useful, don't really know what i'm talkining about.

    All of a sudden my radiators have stopped working, the boiler is making all the right noises and the lights are on and the hot waters working. The boiler is about 7yrs old. Just had loads of work done, can't bare it if i've gotta have people come in and mess my house up again (or afford it) any...

    I've just come across this site, wish i'd found it sooner, anyway better late than never. Well i'm wondering wether to replace my gas cooker with an electric one, because fitting would be easier and cheeper. Does anyone know if this would be straight forward, as obviousley it is currently a gas...
