Can anyone help, I have installed a Creda 550c 9.5kw shower. I flushed the unit through as advised, but now when i turn the shower on (Hot, medium or cold) the lights on the unit flash for a second, the water runs through, however the shower does not stay on. If i hold my finger on the buttons...

I inherited a neptune exotic 9.5kw shower when i moved into my new place. The auto reset light is constantly on, i've reset it, turned the power off, fiddled with the switches....nothing...still auto reset. Any ideas?? Mark
