    greetings John and thanks for getting back so quickly.. the concrete floor is slightly lower. when the underlay and carpet was down then the level netween the two rooms was good. Now the concrete is lower by about 13mm and the joints which I will use as the new floor boards are 25mm thick so...

    old french light switch

    Greetings I have bought some old French light switches and I would like to know if I can use them here in the UK.. the swithes have 4 ports for incoming wires.. two go to the switch when it is up and the other two when switch is down.. any ideas..many thanks indeed
