Sorry to dig up an old thread but.... Turned out that the controller was broken... So my maintenance company replaced it with a more modern Drayton with basically the same functionality. It has been working great for the last month.... Until today, and again I have exactly the same problem...

Thanks for tha. I should probably add that I got this switch installed last year, as my previous switch which was a differnet brand had exactly the same problem. I assumed it was the switch that was faulty by the electrician hinted that the switch was ok and it was a different issue to do...

Hi, I have an elkay 790-2 that I use to control my porch light. I had a blown bulb last night which caused the fuse box to trip. I have replaced the bulb and reset the fuse but now the switch now no longer causes the light to switch on despite the controller thinking that it is switched on...

Thanks for the info... I took it off the wall gave the pins a bit of a clean, checked they were moving, checked the wires were all tight... Seems to bevworking ok just now... I will see how it goes!

Hi everyone, A bit of an update on this one... the electrician was out this morning and hard wired the prog thermostat in to the circuit by connecting the LP722 up such that the heating was always on effectively making it a one channel controller on the water. This appears to have solved...

Here is the junction box. Yes, when you press the water advance button once the heating has been running, the red light comes on to call for the water to heat but the water valve isnt activated and no water goes to heat the tank. Its a bit like the opposite of the heating when you click...

Thanks for the reply... here are pics of the spur and heating valve, water valve, lifestyle controller and programable thermostat. I just have the thermostat working on manual - it was the plumber that suggested that this wasnt compatible with the lifestyle controller as he has never seen it...
