Fitz 1 you are spot on mate. :D Min working pressure at gas valve was 10mbr. Adjusted it to 2mbr and hey presto boiler stays on, then adjusted max working pressure to suite. Ended up calling baxi tech and havent got back to site to thank you guys for your assistance. Thankyou all

Yes mate tap and flow rate are plenty and when central heating is on boiler runs for a lot longer, untill up to temp.

Had a quick look at neighbours boiler just now,tools at work.checked mains fuses ok, fuse spur replaced 13 amp with correct 3 amp and even replaced internal fuse on pcb.before i go back with multimeter tomorrow,anybody aware of any obvious faults on this boiler ?

Think i may have miss led you in earlier message. When boiler is run on hot water mode only, no taps open. Boiler comes on and overheats eventually releasing pressure relief valve and then shutting boiler off in high limit mode. Turning hot water stat off doesnt turn burner off, during this..
