I can't seem to find it now, but I'm sure I read there somewhere on here that there is a safety switch or cut out switch for the condenser on the Hoover machine, can any one confirm this?

I've just been stripping the back pump on a Hoover Performa 1100, due to lack of discharge of water, sure enough, out of the pipes came a 5p and some nails, I cleaned out the pump and all seems to be working well, them I noticed a similar pump at the front end of the machine (filter end), this...

Hi, I've just recently acquired a Hoover Performa 1100. Can anyboby tell me how to remove the top? I've unscrewed the three back screws, as I have took the back trim off it looks like the top is just a piece of white backed chipboard, should this chipboard top just slide out? if so this ones...

Hi, I've just recently acquired a Hoover Performa 1100. Can anyboby tell me what this machine should do whilst drying? On both drying cycles the machine heats up but only seems to turn a couple of times each couple of minutes, so the clothes seems to come out full of steam and not fully dry...
