I have a Hotpoint WF541 am trying to undo the filter cap at the front can only turn it so far anti clockwise and is still tight am i doing it right, it starts to allow water to seep out but can not turn it very far. Regards J. Hulse

When using hot water which is heated by a Worcester 28cdi combi boiler and you switch the cold water tap on the hot goes off, this is worse upstairs, but downstairs the hot shrinks to a trickle. With just cold on there is a good pressure any help would be appreciated.
