    ah yes now you mention it the PCB board was replaced as had issues with hot water (which is now fixed) am I able to access the PCB board myself to see if the thermostat has been wrong placed? (will obvioulsy switching off the unit and take out the plug from the mains first!)

    hi, thanks for your quick responces. I put the hot water on and the noise did stop........not sure if its a coincidence or not, also, the noise has also seemed to have stopped before I read your replies!.......right now there is no noises from that radiator is it something that happens once...
