There is no filling loop on the boiler. It must be fitted on the pipework to the boiler. We usually fit them below the boiler for easy access. Just loop for a flexible connection between two pipes.

What happens when you turn some radiators off? Cold radiators start to warm up? If this is the case then yes the system does need balancing. However if they don't then it could be that you have an airlock on the return pipe leading from those last radiators.

What you need is what's called an Unslotted Basin Waste. You should be able to get one from your local plumbers store. You can get them as I've fitted them before.
