Do a check for a s-video connection on the laptop and docker. I would be very surpised if the sony does not have one of these.

The problem is being caused by the graphics cards onboard the motherboard. No display on both monitors confirms this. Solution - get the motherboard replaced or get the company to give you a new laptop.
