sorry mate cant help you there dont know model if all else fails big hammer & screwdriver may not work but you will feel better.

Hi could be faulty damper or bearings will be noisey due to extra force at extra speed can you lift drum up & down if it is loose it is bearings also if you turn drum slowly & you hear a grinding noise bearing on way out.

Cheers sleepyhead I know now it has no reset button it cost me £30 to find out have checked wiring as you suggested it all looks ok no power being sent to element so must be pcb which is probably costly tried to find one but most sites dont seem to list them. thanks for your help sleepyhead...

HI I have a G2P DW1/1 WH everything works fine EXCEPT the water does not get hot or even warm. Had engineer out he looked for reset button but could not find it ( charged wife £25 though ) then left any help would be very gratefully received. thanks in advance Barry
