Whirlpool Dishwasher Not getting hot

I have a G2P DW1/1 WH everything works fine EXCEPT the water does not get hot or even warm. Had engineer out he looked for reset button but could not find it ( charged wife £25 though ) then left any help would be very gratefully received.

This model doesn't have a reset button.
You need to meter the tube heater and the wiring to it and if both of these are ok then the problem is most likely in the pcb in the door.

Cheers sleepyhead I know now it has no reset button it cost me £30 to find out have checked wiring as you suggested it all looks ok no power being sent to element so must be pcb which is probably costly tried to find one but most sites dont seem to list them.
