Just had same thing, planning refused for dormer, took prefab garage down, put dormer up, 8 weeks later planning for garage granted and garage is back up. Ours was prefab detached from house and electrics done by part P sparks so no building regs req

I have bought 2 strap on bosses with relevant inserts for a sink and shower in a new ensuite. when you attach boss to soil pipe do just drill hole in soil pipe and seal boss with silicone to soil pipe or am i missing something thanks

Yep all to regs BI came out when buliders had done structual work and was happy i was out but told wife to use foil plasterboard but had already bought normal which was delivered later same day

Once did something silmilar and used denzo tape wrapped around pipe with no problens
