Hi I also have this model with exactly the same problem & symptoms. It turned out to be a leak from filter housing [in bottom of machine] into overfill tray underneath machine . Machine senses overflow problem & indicates fault Hope this helps & not too late.

Sorry but I can't answer that one. If it's any help one pipe to the rad gets hot but heat stops at valve. Valve & lockshield both brand new & fitted with rad Thanks

I have just had a new rad fitted in bathroom which won't get even warm. If i try to bleed it only cold water comes out. I am on a combi boiler . No TRV on rad .Can any one help

I have a Hudson Reed shower valve with 3/4" inlets.My supply pipes are 1/2" . If I fit 3/4" to 1/2" reducers to the inlets will the valve perform satisfactorily?.It will run off a combi boiler. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks
