I have just fitted a new ball cock valve to my w.c. It is a bottom entry valve and is leaking water at the bottom of the cistern where the entry pipe enters the cistern. I've tightened the plastic nut and it seems to leak even worse. Does anybody know how to fix it please? Alexander6
