Just want to say a special thank you to all for your help. I am going to go ahead a give Worcester a call and ask for an engineer to call out, i will let them know Dave that it should be about £185 all inclusive! that does not seem to high a price to pay for hot water! Thanks again...

Brilliant Thanks Nick! I will look at the timer tonight, wish me luck! I didn't mention this but although i am not getting hot water all the time my heating is working? does your diagnosis for the problem remain the same?

Would I be better off calling my gas supplier "sounthern elec" to send out an engineer to have a look at the problem? Can anyone help on the timer prob? Stace.

Sorry for the following description of the timer its the best i can do! its round with lots of little bits that can be pushed out! do you know what i mean? Do you think the problem can be fixed by my dad who is quite handy or will i need to get a professional out? Thanks, Stace.

A couple of things, i moved into my house about 6 months ago and everything was fine but lately i don't always get hot water? also can anyone please simply explain how to set the timer clock or point me in the right direction to find the info somewhere, i have already checked the worcester web...
