    Removing conservatory roof panels?

    We are fitting some solar inserts which go in the cavities of the roof panels, to reduce temperatire build up. Two need to be removed because of the angle of the cavities, any tips as to how to remove them? i have removed the end caps no problems but am unsure as to the next step? Cheers
