    Hiya, I have a question about a downlighter installation. We live in a flat with no access from above and would like to install a few downlighters in the hall, kitchen and bathroom. Is this possible in this kind of property ? I cant see how you could fit and wire them without access from above.

    EIC or MWC ?

    EIC for new installations or new circuits. MWC for extra points added to existing circuits. What about things like <3kw fused spurs on a Ring Final Circuit ? eg Fused Spur off a ring final circuit feeding a dimmer and two wall lights ? EIC or MWC ? Any clarification appreciated
