Thanks for the replies re. flow. All the taps on at once gives me a total of 20.5 litres per minute (bath 7.5;basin 4;kitchen 9). I live in London. any comments? (re. hot water flow!) w-j.

Wow! What have I walked into?! The flow from the kitchen tap is just over 12 (ok 12.3)litres per minute. This exercise has also told me that I would find 11 litres per minute acceptable, which is what my chosen boiler claims to produce. that sound likely? thanks w-j.
