Hi, I wonder if someone can help. I want to put a telephone socket into a room in my basement and run the cable behind plasterboard, through the ceiling - which cable do I need, what is it called? and does it need to get back to the main telephone socket? thanks.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is any difference between fast fix boxes and normal dry lining boxes? Also, I want to put a shower/loo/basin in my basement, there is no window or easy access to an outside wall what sort of venilation/extraction is available? Thanks.
