dry lining boxes

Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is any difference between fast fix boxes and normal dry lining boxes?

Also, I want to put a shower/loo/basin in my basement, there is no window or easy access to an outside wall what sort of venilation/extraction is available?

No difference, Fast Fix, dry Liner, Plasterboard Box, Stoothing box etc etc , it goes on and on!

And relating to the ventilation issue, you can have a high pressure fan and flexible ducting through the ceiling to a nearby outside wall.

You may also require Building Control Inspection and a means of escape in the event of fire.

For the flexible ducting, I would use Laminated Aluminium Flexible Ducting
