when i turn on heating it works for 10minutes then turns cold

i have just had a new combi if i have my thermostat below 22 all my heating goes off i run mine at 25-28,

i have a concrete floor in my hallway i think ther is water pipes under it can anybody tell me how deep they may be

have water seeping through my concrete floor i have noticed this ever since i had my combi fitted, told plumber didnt want to know,i havnt paid him yet what shall i do next can anybody help

had a bath this morning water under carpet felt warm ?

i think there is a old pipe under the floor i can only thimk this is why i am gettimg wet patches under my carpet ?

my old system was all in the loft water tank .copper boiler etc all new copper pipes were fitted ? unde my stairs is damp and my hallway the plumber had to put new gas pipe running outside my house would this effect my damp proof course.thanks nigel

when he did the work he never went near the hallway ?
