had a closer look at it, and as far as i can see it is coming from the actual unit itself, inside somewhere..... had some quotes for replacing it, £1000 up I'm thinking about just getting a new combi boiler installed, british gas £2500, Npower £2200.... how much am i looking at, roughly...

ok woman on phone from ELSON said we could replace it with a Sapphire 135 tank for £560 without fitting. is there anyway/where i can get a used one? coz i dont have £560 :(

too tall my loft space is really really small, the tank that is in is 910mm, and there isnt much space above it

hiya the hot water tank in my loft has sprung a leak somewhere and destroyed bedroom ceiling. i have had a plumber mate of mine take a look and he says the tank needs replacing with an elson indirect tank, i have had a look around the one in loft and the name i found was 'Orbit TYPE RR5' ...
