    Texecom Alarm Options

Hi All, I am looking at getting a Texecom Premier Elite 48 for my home & wanted some independent advice on two areas. Outside of the extra cost is there a downside to using Dual Tech motion sensors rather than Quad Pir inside my home? I have already decided to go Dual Tech for the garage. I...

Tony came round & quickly found the fault which I believe was open valves of the expansion tank allowing air into the system.

Did not think of that! Will defo send them all back. Have spoken to Stelrad & they will refund the cost of the replacements if the fault is due to the manufacture of the rads

    Corrosion problem with radiators

[/url] Thanks - still have the Stelrad reciepts & the warranty is 10 years. However i have a feeling this will come under a system fault rather than a rad fault. But will try either way.

    Plywood or hardboard

Which is best to use as a base for Laminate flooring. Plan is to cover the floorboards with 3mm of one of the above then use 3.6mm duratex underlay with the laminate going on top of that? It's for the first floor rooms in a house. Thanks in Advance

    Spots not bright enough

Hi All, I have spot lights installed throughout my house & they now seem to be giving off a yellow rather than bright white light. I have 50w bulbs in them & I am sure that they were a lot brighter when they were first installed. Any ideas as to what could cause this or common things for...

Sorry guys been away from the PC most of the weekend. The PRV is next to the tank in the loft. Thanks for all your help with this & giving me comfort that I am getting it done the right way by balancing it. Just out of curiosity how come the shower seemed to work fine when the system...

    Unvented Config Advice

Excuse my ignorance but does that no mean that the water pressure to the shower will be less than 3 bar hot & 1 bar cold meaning worse shower performance?
