Thats good does anyone know were I can find the rule that states you can do this ? Is there something like permitted development rights for agricultural land ?

Also would i need planning permision to sell off the acre in the first place ?(divide a parcel of agricultural land ) Its so hard to find information on this sort of thing on the web.

Its defiantly not in a conservation area or a sssi.

The land im referring to may be deemed countryside would it still be ok to erect the fence ?

Right here it is... The boiler was on when i did this test. what I did was turn one of the room stats up so it was calling for heat. ( not sure if this is correct). The boiler came on and used 0.060 units in two mins. How does that sound ??
