Using primer for k rend render

Base coat on - looks good. Rain stopped play so I need to wait a few days for it to dry out before top coat. K rend guide says give it 14 days to harden but I’ve seen videos of folk putting it on after 24 hrs. What’s your views pls?

Hi all I’m planning to Krend a wall soon. I’ve bought the base coat, top coat and SBR primer as advised by the local trade merchant. I’ve forgotten the advice he gave to me about when to apply the primer - he said something about not letting it dry as it goes like varnish? Did he mean - apply...

Thanks folks for all your input. I think i've convinced myself that i need to let the plumber do it. As someone correctly points out i'm not that conversant and it might not actually cost me that much less. I acccept the output challenge of the towel heater but its only a small downstairs...

Changing a radiator for a towel heater

Ok firstly let me start by saying i'm an enthusastic DIYer and not a plumber so please keep it simple. I've taken the radiator off in my bathroom and want to swap it for one of these towel radiators. The towel radiator is slimmer by about 15cm so i need to bring the pipes in and turn the...
