Regarding flow and return Boiler started from overun 43 flow and return it went up incrementally ( 67/49 68/50 etc) with 70 degree flow and 52 return. This went up to max 70 flow 59 return and the boiler ran for 30 mins before overun at 70 flow 59 return. This is the best peformance...

Yes I think that is the valve you mentioned, it is a big brass valve with a plastic screw top with a scale marked in bar. The lowest setting is 0.5 and the closer the reference mark is to this the more noise I get. To be honest I'm not sure what this valve actually does. Thanks very much for...
