    As soon as the tap is opened usually there is hot water. But within seconds goes to completely cold. Also, the top & bottom pipes of the pump are scalding hot when the tap isnt opened for some time.

    done that & propeller is running fine. Not much water came out when the siver nut is removed & propeller running. Is this normal ?

    The pipe below the pump is scalding hot whereas the one above is bearable warm. Pump itself is scalding hot now. Not sure whats going on.. Thanks for your time and advise :)

    When I turn the water ON, could feel the pump running (can hear the noise of a tiny motor when I put my ears close to it)

    you have flow at tap but it's cold - YES the pump is running when using hot tap - YES the cister on top is full of water - YES (cold water) the pipe is hot both sides of pump when running - NO (the bottom pipe is scalding hot & top one is luke warm - the pump itself is very hot) the green...

    Hello to you guys :) I don’t have HOT water although the boiler (Pottertron Suprima 40) works fine and the Gledhill integrated thermal storage unit (Boilermate III) is really hot. Drives me crazy and will be grateful if you guys can throw some light :idea:
