Hello to you guys :)

I don’t have HOT water although the boiler (Pottertron Suprima 40) works fine and the Gledhill integrated thermal storage unit (Boilermate III) is really hot.

Drives me crazy and will be grateful if you guys can throw some light

theirs not much you can check on them.
you have flow at tap but it's cold.
the pump is running when using hot tap.
the cister on top is full of water.
the pipe is hot both sides of pump when running.
the green power light is on on the control panel.

you have flow at tap but it's cold - YES
the pump is running when using hot tap - YES
the cister on top is full of water - YES (cold water)
the pipe is hot both sides of pump when running - NO (the bottom pipe is scalding hot & top one is luke warm - the pump itself is very hot)
the green power light is on on the control panel - TWO green LEDs are ON (marked HL1 and HL2)

Thanks for your kind help ;)

something tells me the pump is not running right.

what makes you say the pump is running ?

right strange not come across one with the pump running but the top pipe warm and bottom hot.
could understand if both hot and no hot water then your blending valve could be faulty which would be on the pipe for the hot tap with a white top to it.

The pipe below the pump is scalding hot whereas the one above is bearable warm. Pump itself is scalding hot now. Not sure whats going on..

Thanks for your time and advise :)

you can try taking the siver nut out the centre of pump when not running then run pump make sure the propeller is turning. just put a cloth under it.

done that & propeller is running fine. Not much water came out when the siver nut is removed & propeller running. Is this normal ?
