According to the usual Tory hornsmokers on here, one of KS' problems is precisely the opposite of what you say. From what I can see, the Tories: - don't outright admit to having been useless - say things will be better, if they're given more time - say things will be worse, under anyone else...

This week, something on the news about new regulations. Stronger security (passwords, manufacturer update support obligations, etc) for IoT-enabled stuff. My question is, how would [my fridge, as an example] having a weak password have any wider security implications for me?

Realise - yes. Care - irrelevant, in my case anyway. Nowt I can do about it, past report it. What does surprise me is it is only the odd one or two: surely, if someone is "botting" a site, they could bombard it as easily with thousands of bots, as with one?

Did they end up carrying some lead? ;-)
