TINY HOLE IN FELT CAUSING LEAK..REPAIR POSSIBLE FROM INSIDE?

Felt really isn't supposed to get wet at all. It's there as a protective layer from the snow and ice. Snow or ice sitting on a roof can seep up the tiles, in the same way as hold to bits of glass together and dunking them in water. Treat the cause, which could be a broken tile further...

crumbling wall needs something but what

To be safe I would use render. River sand and cement with waterproofer also added 3 and 1 mix. If there looks like movement in the wall (cracking) then add some lime 5:1:1 mix Basically anything pre 1970 go with sand/cement/lime mix especially if ther is no cavity

    Cold rad.

Airlocks can be a real pain in the butt to shift, close the valve that gets hot. and open the opposite valve untill you get warm water coming though. Turn the heating off first though as you will let more air in than out. It will clear in the end but they can sometimes be a real pain

    Rushed shower preparation.....now what?

Depends on how bad the plasterboard is. If it is solid (though missing its paper) then I suggest gripfilling the tiles on. The main thing is this, the tiles must be firmly stuck in place, make sure you leave a grout line (use spacers) then pack the grout in with a rubber float. As long as the...

    Cold rad.

airlocked, turn the heating off and close the valve that starts to get warm when opening the bleed valve. If you have a drain off valve on both pipes open the one thats cold, otherwise put a bowl under the cold valve and undo it till the air blows through.
