As u can see the stable is sitting directly onto the concrete. I need to seal that in order to stop water leaking into the stable and horse **** leaking out. If I can seal it I can also protect it. There are a further 2 images in my album 'Horse Stable'. Any ideas?

Thanks for all your advice. Sounds like I might need a sparky to do all that or I could fit solar lights. Only thing is with Solar is are they bright enough to light a 12ft x 12ft stable? Well if I go to mains I'll certainly get a sparky. There will be a few around Huntly so I should be ok...

Could be just blocked then. Easy to remove and clean? Don't have a drawing of the breakdown of the boiler. Sorry to sound thick but I don't even know what to take apart to clean or replace and since I'm in between jobs I can't afford to call an engineer out!

When pump is on Auto you feel a small vibration. I turned the pump to manual and the pump started whirring. I tried the pilot light and burner again while the pump was on manual. Same thing happened. The button popped out after 20 seconds and the pilot and burer went off! ?????????? :?:
