    just a quick one .i'm putting in a new oven and want to put a new cooker/extracter hood above it,should this be wired to the ring main of a 3amp fused outlet or can i wire it of the cooker radial circuit and whats the best way to hide the cable from view?

    went to currys to check ratings there half could be run on a plug and the other half a 6mm cable was reccomended(checked manuals)so i should be fine with a 10mm cable just a thought. there must be some big cookers out there to draw more than 12kw r these standard cookers you can get from places...

    hob and double oven will be a single unit.i was concerned with the length of the cable run and was not sure whether to fit a 10mm cable or a 16mm cable.i'm not sure of the spec it will be around 20 meters
