ChrisR, Upon close inspection I have noticed that the metal pipe is lead. The hole is definitely coming from the lead pipe. The unit is close coupled - it was recently changed out.

I have just noticed that there is a small drip of water coming from the metal pipe which goes through the outside wall (the pipe which the wc fits in to). What is the easiest way to stop it leaking (short of replacing the whole pipe)?

I recently drained the water down to repair a leaking pipe. Upon refilling the system, I find that in the upstairs bathroom, that both the toilet and electric shower work, the hot water works but there is no water coming from the cold taps in the bath and hand basin. Any advice?
