Hiya- i have been given a Trevi mixer shower- problem is i cant work out if its a therm or a boost! How can i work this out please- tried looking at photos of the valve online but they both look the same! I have a combi boiler you see so a boost would not be suitable! Hope someone knowledgeable...

We have a E6 error code which means i think that the diswasher is unable to drain its self. Its a DWF 409SS. My question is how does my husband take the thing apart to get to the drain pump? He has taken the side off and there is what looks like a plastic container and it looks like its full of...

I have just put washing machine on and the water that is supposed to fill the drum appears to be pouring out all over the floor! I have checked the pipes at the back and they are bone dry! Can anyone give me a clue as to what the problem is please? :roll:

I have a smeg DF410SDX and all it seems to want to do is drain , even though there is no water for it to drain. From the moment it is switched on it goes into drain mode! Its does this for 5 mins then bleeps and all the orange lights come on- dont say in the manual what that means! Still...
