Condensate outlet - the large bore drain pipe that runs out side?
There is nothing fouling the exit of the pipe.
How would I access the trap/ball and what would it look like?
On a couple of occasions I have been fortunate to get to bolier within seconds of it going...

Got a Biasi Riva Compact HE M96 28SR/02 that keeps going into lockout.
2nd red light flashes 1 second interval and lockout light is on.
Pressing reset button makes boiler fire up as normal and then it works for as normal for random period of time.
Am sure it is the CH...
