comm fail rec. 4

Hi, I have an error message "comm fail rec. 4" on my keypad. I installed the alarm and it is connected to the internet for push notifications and that works fine. Anyone got an ideas about this? I take it the rec. 4 is short for receiver 4? So maybe i've miss programmed something in the...
