Galaxy Flex comm fail rec.4

Hi, I have an error message "comm fail rec. 4" on my keypad. I installed the alarm and it is connected to the internet for push notifications and that works fine. Anyone got an ideas about this? I take it the rec. 4 is short for receiver 4? So maybe i've miss programmed something in the communications menu [56]. Thanks, Jeramy

How many receivers have you configured ? They will be listed in menu 56 Comms -> Receivers. Check the 4th receiver to see what you've set as. It's easier to program and check programming if you have Honeywell RSS.

Galaxy Flex 20 & GPRS +LINE FAILCOM4

Thanks for the replies. Now fixed. There was bad setting for receiver 4 in the 56 menu.
